Background & Early Career
Born in 1997 in St. Joseph, Missouri, Holland Smith began her professional journey in athletics. She represented Junior Team USA in triathlon, earning hundreds of podium finishes in sprint and Olympic-distance triathlons, as well as road cycling and competitive swimming. In 2017, she qualified for the Boston Marathon.
Her athletic career led to a modeling contract with Wilhelmina Models and a relocation to New York City in 2016, where she lived for over eight years. It was there that she began developing her career in the creative arts and expanding into new disciplines across media and performance.
Acting & Performance
Holland transitioned into acting through national commercial work and has since appeared in television, feature films, and independent productions. During her time in New York, she trained intensively with respected acting coaches across a range of techniques, building a strong foundation for her work on screen.
Her performance is enriched by a wide range of physical and expressive skills, including motorcycle and horseback riding, weapons training, dialect coaching, and a deep connection to outdoor sports, all rooted in her Midwestern upbringing.
